1) Exercises for pregnant women, based on kinesic sessions at home.

Currently, there are several companies or independent physical therapist, who perform exercises for pregnant women at home, using balloons, elastic bands, massage, respiratory and pelvic floor exercises, being a positive factor, comfort, since the professional goes to the home of the pregnant and performing specific exercises, according to the problems, needs or goals of the woman.

Unfortunately, the physical therapists are characterized by exercises that are very monotonous, boring and sometimes not functional.

2) Exercises during pregnancy, using therapeutic balloons.

The Bobath or therapeutic balls are good for working the muscles of the abdomen, back, buttocks, legs and arms, performing certain positions or schemes with the ball, being an exercise without articular impact, specially designed and guided by a Phtsical Therapist.
